UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday announced a move to 'Plan B' restrictions as Britain faces a surge in cases of the omicron variant of coronavirus. The Prime Minister told that work-from-home guidance will return from next week. Masks will be required for indoor venues and vaccine passes will become mandatory in larger venues.  Johnson was grilled by reporters over a video that emerged Tuesday showing Downing St officials joking and laughing about an alleged Christmas party inside Downing St last year when London was in a strict lockdown. Johnson told reporters the affair would be investigated by the Cabinet Secretary.
