UK Foreign Secretary in India for strategic talks

UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in New Delhi on Saturday for a two-day visit. He met India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar, who reiterated India’s zero-tolerance policy on terrorism and stressed that perpetrators cannot be equated with victims. The ministers also discussed the India-UK Free Trade Agreement and the double taxation convention, calling them landmark achievements.
