UGC: a major fire ravages two unused buildings in Rouen, France

A huge fire engulfed two abandoned buildings in French city of Rouen on Saturday, releasing large plumes of smoke over the city. The buildings were located in the Saint-Julien neighborhood. The fire caused the two buildings to collapse and fire fighters are struggling to control the fire.
