UEC Issued Notifications: UEC issued Notification No. (7/2026) and (8/2026)

The Union Election Commission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued Notification No. (7/2026) and (8/2026) on the 5th of January 2026, regarding the announcement of the list of names elected as Amyotha Hluttaw Representatives and Region or State Hluttaw Representatives.

The notification states that according to the notifications issued by the relevant Region or State Election Sub-Commissions in accordance with Section 49(b) of the Amyotha Hluttaw Election Law and Region or State Election Law for the Multi-Party Democracy General Election conducted in phases starting from December 28, 2025, the individuals are hereby declared elected as Hluttaw Representatives for the Amyotha Hluttaw constituencies and the Hluttaw Representatives for the Region or State Hluttaw.

The detailed vote counts for each Amyotha Hluttaw and Region or State Hluttaw candidate who contested in the constituencies listed under Union Election Commission Notification No. (7/2026) and (8/2026) and will be published in daily newspapers and also posted on the Union Election Commission Office's website: www.uec.gov.mm.
