UEC Announcement : Phase-3 of election on January 25, 2026

The Union Election Commission (UEC) announced the date and townships for Phase 3 of the 2025 multi-party democracy general election. The UEC previously announced the Phase 1 of the election on December 28, 2025, in 102 townships, and Phase 2 on January 11, 2026, in 100 townships.

The Phase 3 of the election will take place on January 25, 2026, in 63 townships of respective region and state. The announcement was signed by U Than Soe, Chairman of the Union Election Commission.
