Typhoon Bualoi strikes Viet Nam

Typhoon Bualoi struck Viet Nam early Monday morning, leaving at least 16 people dead and 21 missing. After making landfall in the north-central Vietnamese province caused massive destruction in northern central region blowing off roofs and toppling trees and utility poles. Many of the typhoon-hit areas were still without power and internet services by Monday night, posing challenges to the disaster relief mission.
