Two workers killed in Gönen, Balıkesir dairy factory blaze

A fire broke out in the shipment section of a dairy products factory in Gönen, Balıkesir, spreading quickly to the storage area. The facility was evacuated as flames engulfed a large portion of the building, including the roof. Firefighters and forestry teams worked for hours to control the blaze.

Two workers from the shipment department were killed in the incident. Their bodies were discovered during search operations and taken to Bursa for forensic examination. The fire caused extensive damage, leaving much of the factory unusable. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
