Two Dead, 28 Injured in School Bus Accident

Two people were killed and 28 others injured in a school bus accident in Pokhara, Kaski, on Monday. The bus, carrying students from LP Devkota Memorial School, fell 50 meters down a road after the driver lost control at Gudku.

Among the victims were Aarati BK, 33, and her six-year-old son Prince BK, who both died while being treated at Gandaki Medical College Hospital, according to the Deputy Superintendent of the District Police Office. The injured include 13 individuals being treated at Gandaki Medical College Hospital, 12 at West Regional Hospital, and three at Manipal Teaching Hospital.
