Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan issues of bilateral cooperation

President of Turkmenistan met with President of Uzbekistan, who arrived in Ashgabat, the capital city of Turkmenistan to attend the trilateral summit. During the meeting, the President of Turkmenistan discussed with the President of Uzbekistan on the issues of expanding bilateral cooperation between the two fraternal states.

At the same time, the parties exchanged views on international and regional policy issues of mutual interest. In addition, the parties expressed confidence that the upcoming trilateral summit of the heads of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan would give a powerful impetus to the development of regional partnership.
