Turkmenistan’s President met Tajikistan’s Foreign Minister

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Mukhriddin, who arrived to participate in the regular meeting of the heads of foreign ministries of Central Asian states and the European Union.

The Foreign Affairs conveyed cordial greetings and best wishes from the President of Turkmenistan and congratulated them on the International Day of Novruz. The guest also emphasized the desire to strengthen partnership based on common historical and cultural roots.

The Turkmenistan President expressed confidence that the visit of the head of the Tajikistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participation in the ministerial meeting of the European Union and Central Asian countries will contribute to the development of interstate relations.
