Turkmenistan’s President meets EU Commissioner

Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the European Commissioner for International Cooperation Josef Sickel. 

Expressing gratitude for the time devoted to the meeting, the guest emphasized that the European Union highly values ​​the multifaceted cooperation with Turkmenistan, which is confidently following the path of economic reforms. 

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that during his visit to the country, high-level meetings will be held and a visit to the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port, one of the largest ports in the region, is planned. As noted during the meeting, Turkmenistan’s partnership with the European Union is currently developing successfully.
