Turkmenistan’s Halk Maslahaty Chairman meets Daewoo CEO

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, received the Chairman of the Board of the Korean company Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., Mr. Jeong Won-ju, who arrived in Turkmenistan on a visit.

Expressing gratitude for the time allocated for the meeting, the guest noted the steadily growing dynamics of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Korea and Turkmenistan and the great contribution of Hero-Arkadag to this process.

It was emphasized that Turkmen-Korean relations, which are developing in all directions today, are reaching a qualitatively new level. Since the early years of Turkmenistan’s independence, major Korean companies have been successfully operating in the Turkmen market, particularly in the oil and gas sector and chemical industry.
