Former President Donald Trump arrived in Valdosta, Georgia, a city significantly impacted by the flooding caused by Hurricane Helene. He announced plans to deliver essential supplies, including oil, water, and various equipment, to aid recovery efforts.

Standing amidst the rubble of a furniture store, Trump expressed confidence in the community’s resilience. Donald Trump, former US president and Republican presidential nominee  said "Working together we'll overcome these hardships.

We'll endure. We will rebuild Valdosta and every other town that has been so badly hit, and we'll emerge stronger and more united and more prosperous than ever before. You're going to be stronger, better, you're going to learn a lot from it.”  His visit comes as the community focuses on rebuilding in the wake of the disaster, highlighting the ongoing challenges faced by residents affected by the severe weather.
