Trump says 'we may be having some discussions' with a's Maduro

US President Donald Trump alluded to possible upcoming talks with Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro after the State Department announced plans to designate a cartel that it claims Maduro runs as a foreign terrorist organization. As he departs West Palm Beach, Florida, he also tells reporters that the Jeffrey Epstein case is being used "as a deflection from the tremendous success that they're having as a party."
