Trump calls for strength, criticizes NATO

US President Donald Trump praised the US military and reiterated his “Peace through Strength” approach, warning that “sometimes it has to use it”. 

He also criticized NATO for failing to send military support. Trump also attacked the media, claiming 96% of coverage about him was negative, while asserting the US had decisively weakened Iranian forces. On his legacy, Trump said he wants to be remembered as a peacemaker, noting he “settled eight wars” and saved “millions and millions of people.”
