Trump’s remarks on a phone call with the NATO

U.S. President Donald Trump said that he had a very good telephone call with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte regarding Greenland.

He stated that he had agreed to a meeting of the relevant parties in Davos, Switzerland. According to Trump, Greenland is imperative to both national and global security, and he emphasized that there could be no reversal on this position, adding that everyone agrees.

He further asserted that the United States is by far the most powerful country in the world, attributing much of that strength to the rebuilding of the military during his first term, a process he said is continuing at an even faster pace. Trump concluded by stating that the United States is the only power capable of ensuring peace worldwide, which, he said, is achieved through strength.
