Trudeau welcomes South Korea president to Ottawa

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau welcomes South Korea President Yoon Suk-Yeol to Ottawa on Friday. The two leaders recently saw each other at the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II in England and just this week at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Trudeau's office said they will discuss the strong trade relationship between the two countries to generate more economic growth, including working together on energy in areas such as electric vehicle batteries and critical minerals.
