Triumphs and Thrills: Inter-Universities Sports Competition in Nay Pyi Taw

The Inter-Universities Sports Competition for Technological and Computer Universities, organized under the Ministry of Science and Technology, continued at Nay Pyi Taw's respective stadiums.
On Wednesday, the Badminton event reached its pinnacle with the final and third-place matches held at Indoor Stadium (C), with presence of Union Minister Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, Deputy Minister Dr. Aung Zeya, and other officials.
In the women's individual event, Kengtung Zone secured the first prize, followed by East Yangon Zone in second place and Taunggyi Zone securing the third spot. The women's team event witnessed Taunggyi Zone claiming the top prize, East Yangon Zone securing the second position, and Taunggyi Zone earning the third prize.
In the men's individual event, Taunggyi Zone emerged victorious in the first position, with East Yangon and West Yangon Zones securing the second and third places, respectively. In the team event, West Yangon Zone claimed the first place, accompanied by Magwe Zone in second position and Kengtung in third place.
