Experts apply the finishing touches to Trinity, a 3.9-metre tall T-Rex skeleton flown from Arizona to Zurich and due to go under the hammer on April 18. The skeleton is made up of bone material from three T-Rex specimens excavated between 2008 and 2013 in the US states of Montana and Wyoming.

Yolanda Schicker-Siber, Dinosaur Museum Aathal's curator said "The bones are very very old. They are 67 million years old. So they're brittle, they have cracks. They're stabilized, but you never know if there is a crack that you haven't seen so far, so it can still happen that a bone falls apart and then you have to have the glue ready to glue everything back, to stabilize it." Trinity is expected to fetch between "five and eight million dollars", according to Christian Link, the head of natural history memorabilia at Koller auctions.
