Tree Planting Event: Commemorative tree planted in Nay Pyi Taw

Aiming for strengthening diplomatic relations between Myanmar and Belarus, a commemorative tree planting event took place at the Nay Pyi Taw National Herbal Park under Department of Traditional Medicine on Pyinmana-Taung Nyo road in Zabuthiri Township on Friday.

Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commssion Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Belarusian President Mr. Alexander Gregoryevich Lukashenko attended the event togehter with Prime Minister U Nyo Saw, SSPC Secretary and Joint Executive Chief General Ye Win Oo, Union Ministers and Belarusian delegation.

First, the visiting Belarusian President and the Acting President planted commemotive Gant Gaw Tree at the designated place, sprinkled scented water, posed for commemorative group photo and observed around the park viewing the commemorative trees which were planted by the heads of ASEAN and BIMSTEC member countries.
