



Under the guidance of Natural Disaster Management Committee and the Transportation Working Committee, relief aids are being transported by vessels, aircrafts and vehicles to Rakhine State.
On Tuesday afternoon, MV Charity vessel left for Sittway via the Myanmar Terminal (TMT) and it carried 105-ton of Lip Channel, 659-ton of iron rods, 20-ton of steel sheets, 9-ton of construction materials, rice bags, beans, instant noodles, edible oil and 25 boxes of clothes contributed by the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd, altogether over 2,708 tons of relief aids to be used in the natural disaster resettlements in Rakhine State.
