Training on value-added coconut products: To develop MSMEs & create job opportunities

A technical training on making coconut handicrafts and producing value-added products from coconuts is open in Government Technical High School (Hpa-An) from 24th to 30th January.

The technical trainings on consumer products by using coconuts are being conducted to develop the state’s economy and MSMEs businesses and to create job opportunities for local people. Although coconut was used as consumption in past, being used to make in food products, consumer goods, cosmetics and agricultural fertilizers nowadays.
