




The opening ceremony of the training course on office operations skills, meeting minute writing, and report writing, organized by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, took place at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on January 13.
Union Minister Dr. Kan Zaw attended the event and delivered the opening speech.In his speech, the Union Minister emphasized that the training would cover essential topics for the staffs, including office operations, code of conduct for civil service personnel, civil service laws, regulations, standards of civil service ethics, as well as meeting minute writing and report writing.
He highlighted the importance of the course for enhancing the skills of staffs. The course will be held over five days, and certificates of completion will be awarded. The Minister also noted that most countries worldwide are focusing on the development of human resources and that it is necessary for individuals to develop and improve their own skills.
He encouraged each participant to work hard in order to improve personally, which in turn will contribute to the success and development of their organization. He urged the personnel to diligently learn the subjects being taught in the course.The opening ceremony was attended by the senior officials from the Ministry, officers and staffs, and 30 trainees.
