Training Course for Senior officials: UCSB member delivered the opening remarks

The opening ceremony for Training Course No. 27 for Senior Officials was held with the attendance of Member of Union Civil Service Board (UCSB) U Soe Tint, the Rector and Pro-Rectors from the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar), officials from various teaching and administrative departments of the Academy and the trainees.

Member of the UCSB U Soe Tint, delivered the opening address on behalf of the Chairman of UCSB. He stated that the course was opened with the aim of enabling senior officers to correctly implement state policy processes and to think broadly and make sound decisions within their respective areas of responsibility. He also emphasized the importance of understanding the Civil Service Law and international laws, and of applying them in accordance with legal principles when performing administrative duties. Furthermore, he expressed the hope that the training would enhance the leadership capabilities of the participants in their administrative and managerial roles, ultimately shaping them into excellent future civil servants who can successfully carry out high-level state duties, prioritizing the interests of both the state and its people.

The Training Course No. 27 for Senior Officials is attended by a total of 46 trainees, comprising 22 males and 24 females. The course is scheduled to run from July 14, to September 10, 2025.
