Traditional Cultural Performing Arts: Winners of Shan State Level Competition awarded

Winners of Shan State level 25th Silver Jubilee Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition were awarded at a ceremony, held at Taunggyi University on September 28th.

The awardees at the singing, dancing and playing musical instruments at various categories and levels were presented with honorary cash and the certificates. 225 contestants took part in the state level competition, and the winners will represent Shan State at the Central Level Competition to be held in Nay Pyi Taw from October 14th to 23rd.

A total of 128 contestants will take part in 52 categories. During the ceremony, Chief Minister U Aung Aung presented the victory flag to the Shan State representing team.
