Tourism Development: Yangon Region Tourism Committee held its meeting

Yangon Region Tourism Committee held its meeting 1/2024 at the Yangon Region Government Office on Saturday. At the meeting, the committee has granted licenses to four hotels and one hotel construction permit, bringing in the capital of over 2 billion kyats.

The committee has also given grants to 64 tourism licenses for domestic and oversea operations and 42 tourism business licenses for overseas activities as well as 21 tour guide incenses and 22 pilgrimage tours. The endorsed projects have created over 437 job opportunities.
