Tour in Yangon: SAC Chairman inspects factory and integrated farm

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited Tyre Factory (Ywama)  of Myanmar Economics Corporation (MEC) in Insein Township of Yangon Region on Friday.

During the tour of the workshop in the factory, the Prime Minitster observed the production process of tyres and inner tubes and quality control measures. In the meeting hall, the MEC Chairman General Nyo Saw and the Factory Manager reported on the operation process of the factory, boosting production of tyres to meet the local demand and efforts for market expansion.

The Prime Minister instructed for operating at full capacity while creating welfare activities for the staff. He also urged all to strive for increased production of tyres for farm implement and rubber products. The Prime Minister and party later proceeded to No.1 Agriculture and Livestock Farm of Yangon Command and heard reports on work undertakings at the camp and sales of the products with reasonable price.

He also instructed to extend the poultry farming, collaborating with the Regional Commande, Regional Govertment and Myanmar Economic Corporation Private Limited for successful implementation of the tasks. The Prime Minister and party later took a tour of the farm and provided the needs.
