Tour in Pyay: Agriculture, development works and MSME businesses

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win made inspection tour in Pyay Township on February 15th to inspect the agriculture, regional development and MSME businesses.

On arrival at Dollar Oil Mill, they observed the operation of the facility, using solar powered system and instructed for boosting production to meet the local demand and export the surplus. They then inspected the construction of detour road from Pyay-Pauk Khaung Road to Sri Ksetra Ancient Pyu City Cultural Zone as well as the thriving sunflower plantation in Myaung Sone Village-tract, Paungtale.

In Hmawzar Village, the Chief Minister oversaw the excavation of ancient Phy Palace and western moat and construction of view point tower on Kyet Tu Yway Hill. During the inspection, the Chief Minister instructed for ensuring proper flow of water, along with the long term maintenance plan.

They then observed the MSME businesses in Pyay and encouraged to achieve export market with better packaging and quality products. They then took a tour along the Strand Road and Ayeyawady River Bank, inspecting the public recreation facilities and night market.
