Tour in Nay Pyi Taw: Repair works, timber processing and temporary shelter

Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi on Sunday inspected the repair works of earthen road and retaining wall in the Office No.19. They then visited the Khit Aye Timber Jetty in Lewe Township and observed the stockpiling of timber and transportation process.

The Union Minister instructed for accelerating the wood cutting process, ensuring the worksite safety. They then proceeded to Dekkhinathiri Townshp where the staff families affected by the severe earthquake are relocated and inspected the accommodation arrangements.
