Tour in Nay Pyi Taw: Development works in Nay Pyi Taw inspected

Agricultural inputs have been provided for winter crop cultivation, using the State Economic Promotion Fund for 2024-2025.

On Saturday, Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Mayor U Than Tun Oo attended the provision ceremony held at Win Tae Kuu Village in Lewe Township. During the ceremony, the Council Chairman urged the farmers to strive for extended cultivation of oil crops, cultivating three times a year, ensuring local food sufficiency.

On the same day, the Council Chairman inspected the construction progress of 150 ft long Palway Creek Crossing Bridge and Box Culverts on Ywathit-Aung Myin Kone Inter-Village Road. They also visited Deckhinathiri Market, and viewed the shops selling local products, souvenirs and MSME products.

The Council Chairman later proceeded to No.2 Sports Training Camp to encourage the athletes who will represent Nay Pyi Taw in the 5th National Sports Festival.

On arrival at Nyaung Kone Model Village, the Council Chairman inspected the livestock farm, operated by the Responsbile Business Fund. They later inspected the upgrading works at Nay Pyi Taw Water Fountain, beautifying tasks at the staff housings, landscaping works along Pang Laung Road, Sin Thay Creek Crossing Bridge and progress of repair works.
