Tour in Mandalay: Meeting with Tatmadawmen and inspecting Mandalay Moat

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Friday met with the military officers, Tatmadawmen and family members of Meikhitla and Mandalay Stations of the Central Command at the respective stations.

Speaking on the occasion, the Senior General said that the State Administration Council is striving for the development of the country by adopting future plans and roadmaps. For successful holding of free and fair multiparty general election, preparations are being made including the collection of population and housing census.

The Senior General urged all to shoulder their duties of the country through unity and harmony, adhering to the Our Three Main National Causes. It was followed by provision of foodstuff for the military officers, Tatmadawmen and family members.

Then, the Senior General and party inspected the reconstruction of Si Shae Bridge, west of Mandalay moat and instructed the needs for systematic undertakings of the tasks without damaging original structure. He also instructed to continue efforts for beautiful landscapes around the moat and inspected the Mandalay moat by a motorcade.
