Tour in Hinthada: Rehabilitation and restoration in Ayeyawady Region

Member of the State Administration Council MahnNyeinMaung, together with Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and party visited Hinthada Township on Friday to inspect the condition of dams and embankments. They assessed the condition of erosion near PhaungSeik Village and instructed for timely management of the tasks.

The SAC member and party oversaw the census enumeration process at Thingan Taw Village and No.3 Ward in Lay MyetHna. They then proceeded to the land erosion prevention project site at SatuMukhaHtopayone Pagoda, and instructed for long term durability of the facility, meeting the set standard.

On arrival at ThaBawtKone Village, Nga ThaingChaung, they encouraged the census enumeration tasks. They also inspected the replanting of paddy in KyaukChaung Village and census enumeration at Shae Saung Ward.

In KyonePhaw Township, the SAC member held a meeting with local community and urged all to make collaborative efforts for extended cultivation of crops and boosting production.

During the meeting, paddy species and inputs were provided to the farmers from KyonePyaw, Yay Kyi and KyaungKone Townships. They then viewed the harvesting of paddy in YwaThitKone Village, replanting of paddy in Pan Taw Yoe Village of KyaungKone Township and provided the needs.
