Tour in Belarus: Myanmar delegation visits Minsk

A Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations U Aung Kyaw Hoe and Union Minister for Industry and MSME development Dr Charlie Than, attended the 2nd INNOPROM- Belarus, at the invitation of Industry Minister of Belarus.

The event was held in Minsk from 30th September to 2nd October. On 30th September, Union Minister U Aung Kyaw Hoe met with Belarusian Foreign Minister and Chairman of Myanmar- Belarus Trade and Economic Cooperation Joint Committee and discussed the matters regarding the 3rd joint committee meeting to be held in Myanmar, Roadmap and enhancing trade and investment between the two countries.

Union Minister Dr Charlie Than met with Industry Minister of Belarus and discussed promoting Industrial production, exchange technology and MSMEs development. Myanmar delegation also met with Chairperson of Bellegprom and discussed matters regarding the Investment of SME Industry and promoting trade between the two nations.

They then viewed around the booths at the 2ndINNOPROM- Belarus. The delegation also attended the Business activities and plenary meeting at the INNOPROM- Belarus and visited Techno Park in Minks on 1st October. On the 2nd, Myanmar Delegation visited Minsk Automatic Lines Plant and Minsk Plant of Technological Metal Structures, observed the production process and discussed the cooperation and investment between the two countries.
