Top Vietnamese Leader Attends Francophone Summit Opening

Vietnamese Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm on Friday night attended the opening session of the 19th Francophone Summit in France, themed “Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in French”.

One of the key issues highlighted at this summit is the preservation and development of the French language and the broader Francophone community. The conference will address priorities and directions for Francophone cooperation. Participants will discuss current global issues and potential crises impacting the international community, especially French-speaking nations.

Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm is expected to join a plenary session on “Creativity, Innovation, and Startups” and hold bilateral meetings with leaders from participating countries on Saturday.
