Top French diplomat meets Chinese counterpart in Beijing

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot recently concluded a two-day visit to China, during which he met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at Beijing's Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. 

The discussions aimed to strengthen bilateral relations and address several key issues. Both nations agreed to initiate three high-level dialogues this year, focusing on strategic, economic, financial, and cultural matters. 

These dialogues are intended to deepen cooperation across various sectors, including agriculture, nuclear energy, aviation, aerospace, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and green hydrogen.
