Tom Cruise and Mindy Kaling receive special honors at the PGA Awards

Tom Cruise received special honors from the PGA, accepting the David O. Selznick Award from legendary studio executive Sherry Lansing. Taking the night's top prize, "Everything Everywhere All at Once" won the Daryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures.

The film that has won this PGA award has won the Best Picture Oscar for four of the past five years. Tom Cruise shared a moment with the film's executive producers backstage. Also celebrating a special honor was Mindy Kaling, who accepted the Norman Lear Achievement Award presented by former co-star B.J. Novak. Issa Rae received the same award last year.
