Thingyan in Mon State: People celebrate traditional festival

On April 15th, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein and officials, visited the Thingyan Pandals, and enjoyed the peaceful celebration of festival by the community, providing cash rewards to the participants.
On the Thingyan Atat Day on Tuesday, the Chief Minister visited Thingyan Pandals and enjoyed the throwing of water and entertainment programs. They also presented cash rewards to the participants. People across Mon State also enjoyed the festival, engaging in the various activities of good deeds and funs.
