Thai King and Queen review China’s AI

Their Majesties King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen Suthida focused on China’s technological advancements during their state visit.

On November 15, Their Majesties visited the Beijing Innovation Center  of Humanoid Robotics, where they were received by Mayor Yin Yong. The royal couple viewed a video on AI robotics, a national priority for China, and observed demonstrations of sophisticated prototypes, including the multi-terrain Tiangong intelligent robot.

They toured the “Robot World” section, which featured AI applications in manufacturing, healthcare such as surgical and pharmaceutical dispensing robots, and consumer services, underscoring the center’s focus on developing physical AI for high-precision and hazardous tasks.
