Textile Industry: SAC Chairman inspects Tatmadaw Textile Factory

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-In-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Monday inspected the Tatmadaw Textile Factory (Thamaing) in Hlaing Township of Yangon Region.

During the inspection, the Senior General heard reports on matters including cotton cultivation, implementation of the guidelines given by the Senior General and plans. In his response, the Senior General stressed the importance of research, inputs, irrigation, quality, enough production to reduce imports and fair price.

And, the Senior General made inspection of the factory and provided cash assistance for the officials and staff of the factory.
