Tashkent International Film Festival preparation PTC

XVI Tashkent International Film Festival (TIFFEST) named “The Pearl of the Silk Road” will start in Uzbekistan’s capital in the middle of September.

The festival welcomes cinematography professionals from 60 countries around the world. In the Palace of National Cinematography, preparations are in full swing for the Festival.

This important international event is an annual film festival held in the format of a “festival of festivals”. Each year, numerous movies from around the world are showcased before the audience, castings are held for upcoming movies, and specialists from Uzbekistan and abroad give lectures to students of cinematography.This year’s festival is expected to host a number of prominent figures in the acting world.
