Türkiye’s first and only ice museum opened

Giant blocks of ice have been transformed into works of art. Türkiye’s first and only ice museum has opened with the theme of “animated cartoon characters.” At the ATA Ice Museum at Atatürk University, animal figures such as lions and rabbits have been skillfully carved into ice blocks.

A total of 25 ice artworks are on display in the museum, illuminated with a special lighting system. Alongside animal figures, the exhibition also features works inspired by Turkish mythology.
