Switzerland breaks the record for the world's largest raclette

The French record did not last long. Switzerland reclaimed the title of the world’s biggest raclette, with almost 5,000 people in attendance. The Valais is the holder of a new world record. The organisers of “The plus grande raclette of the world” succeeded in bringing together 4,893 people, including 361 raclette players, in Martigny on Saturday evening.

For reasons of budget, the organisers did not invite representatives of the Guinness Book to validate their result. The record of 4,893 participants was validated by a notary.
