Supports for Sports: Victory Flag handed over to Kachin State Team

The 5th National Sports Festival is scheduled to be held in Nay Pyi Taw in coming December. Kachin State is going to participate in 21 sports events out of 23. On November 23rd, a victory flag was handed over to the Kachin State Sports Team.

During the event, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan urged the athletes to bring prestige to the state, promoting the sports standards of thier native. On November 22nd, the Chief Minister visited the Nyein Chan Thaya Sports Complex and oversee the athletes undergoing camp training. Among the sports include, swimming, Judo, Wushu, Weightlifting, Body Building, Billiards and Snooker, Sepak Takraw, Futsal and Football.
