Support for Sports : Honouring the Champions and presenting victory flag

A ceremony was held in Taunggyi on July 11, to honor Shan Southern FC, winners of the MFF U-15 Youth League 2024–2025 Grand Final. Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung praised the team for winning the title two years in a row and encouraged players to continue their hard work.

The Chief Minister awarded 10 million Kyats to the team and also recognized outstanding players who won the Most Valuable Player and Top Scorer awards. The event also included the presentation of the victory flag to the Shan State U-18 football team, along with provision of cash assistance for their upcoming tournament. Well-wishers also donated cash to promote football and futsal in the state.

This was followed by introduction of youth players while training updates were explained by coaches.
