Support to Displaced Persons: VSG visits ThiriMingalaMansu Monastery in Lashio

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, and Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win, along with his wife and senior military officials, visited Thiri Mingala Mansu Monastery in Lashio on Friday, where displaced persons have sought refuge.

The delegation paid homage to the Sayadaws, making offerings, and Vice Senior General Soe Win and wife presented clothes, rice, edible oil, and foodstuff to those displaced. These provisions were provided by the Chairman of the State Administration Council, Prime Minister, and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services. The visit concluded with cordial greetings extended to the displaced persons.
