Summer Courses: Summer Courses for youth opened in Taunggyi

The opening ceremony of summer courses including computer, English, Chinese and Korean Languages and Chess and Painting organized by the Department of Information and Public Relations was held at Community Center on 13th March in Taunggyi of Shan State (South).

In his opening speech at the ceremony, Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung said that Community Center provides knowledge and information to the public. It is a place where information can be easily found, as well as courses for the comprehensive development of young people.

Discussions, lectures, competitions and awareness exhibitions can be held in this place. And in the country's development process, the youth sector has been emphasized to promote the youth sector in order to make the youth full of energy and power. State officer of Information and Public Relations Department U Soe Nyunt Shwe explained the purpose of opening the courses.

Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung provided assistances for summer courses and teaching aids for chess sport training. After that, the state chief minister and officials looked round the community center where the youth were practicing and playing, learning languages and computer, and encouraged the children who are drawing the colorful painting.
