Substituted appointment: Ministers for Security and Border Affairs substituted

The State Administration Council announced the substituted appointments of Regions and States Minister for Security and Border Affairs with Order No (79) under Section 419 of the constitution, on September1st, 2023.

The substituted appointments are as follow: (1)Colonel Kyaw Thura in place of Colonel Aung Kyi Lin as Kachin State Minister for Security and Border Affairs, (2) Colonel Than Soe Aung in place of Colonel Myint Wei as Kayah State Minister, (3) Colonel Min Thu Kyaw in place of Colonel Myo Min Naung as Kayin State Minister, (4) Colonel Thein Tun Aung in place of Colonel Han Win Aung as Chin State Minister (5) Colonel Nay Lin Soe in place of Colonel Kyaw Kyaw Min as Mandalay Region Minister.

The substituted appointment is signed by Lt. Gen. Aung Lin Dwe, the Secretary of the State Administration Council.
