Study Tour: UEC delegation arrives back Yangon from China

A Myanmar delegation led by Union Election Commission Member U Myint Thein arrived back Yangon by air on Wednesday after paying a study tour in China at the invitation of the International Affairs Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. They were welcomed by officials of the Yangon Region Election Commission.

During the visit, they studied and discussed about China’s reform activities on transportation of Western China development, agricultural works for rural development, establishing goals for elimination poverty, maintaining the cultural heritage and preserving ethnic unity, development of tourism sector, modern development of Eastern China and implementation of Chinese style modern policies on a national scale.
