Study Tour: MOST Union Minister tours in Novosibirsk

Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Myo Thein Kyaw on 29th of March arrived at the Novosibirsk State Technical University in Russian Federation where the Rector and officials clarified the brief history of the University, subjects, teaching the trainees from abroad, lecturing and research works via video clip.

Then they discussed matters relating to science and technology, cooperation in research activities and sending scholars.

Next, the Union Minister and party observed the lecture rooms, research booths, the research findings and teaching aids. Then the Union Minister and party arrived at Nuclear Energy Information Center where they observed the technological innovations.

After that, the officials from Nuclear Energy Information Center clarified sharing energy-related information, public awareness activities, cooperation between Universities and Centre, promotion activities for Science and Technology sector and processes of Nuclear Technology Information Centre in Myanmar, and then the Union Minister raised the questions.
