Strengthening Viet Nam-Russia Parliamentary Cooperation

The National Assembly Chair stated that the Russian Prime Minister’s visit is significant in effectively implementing the agreements reached.

The National Assembly Chair said the Vietnamese National Assembly is ready to welcome the Chair of the State Duma for an official visit and co-chair the 4th Session of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.

The Vietnamese National Assembly has developed and is promoting the implementation of the Action Plan to implement the Cooperation Agreement between the two countries’ legislative bodies. It proposes that both sides relax technical barriers to bilateral cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union and strengthen cooperation in science and education, culture, sports and tourism.
